Dr Jo Waddell

Jo has been a GP since 1989. "In 2004 I first became interested in NLP when I saw that it offered tools for stress and time management," something that this busy GP and mother felt she lacked.

Jo went on to train with Dr Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, John la Valle and Michael Neill and is now an NLP Trainer, accredited by the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming, delivering communication workshops and NLP training to GP's, other NHS staff and companies.
"I use NLP techniques in almost every consultation with patients" says Jo "I simply help individuals overcome their limited beliefs.”  Jo's training style has been described as ‘lively and enthusiastic with a host of practical skills that people can start to use immediately either for themselves of with others.'

Sue Yates

A twenty year presence in the recruitment industry has left Sue ideally placed to provide a business coaching service that ensures her clients have the close support necessary for them to plan and achieve their future growth.

As an NLP Master Practitioner, a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Federation, and an Approved Business Link Supplier, her already extensive experience has been further enhanced as President of the Solihull Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, she worked with a variety of small and medium sized businesses, encouraging them to make the most of the networking and training and development opportunities available to them.

Sue's ethos is firmly anchored in the belief that work, while important, should also be FUN!

"For too many years I witnessed people not having a sense of fun in their working lives. We spend at least a quarter of every week and some 35 years of our lives at work, yet we rarely seem to enjoy what we do and end up frustrated with little or no sense of achievement. By making effective use of NLP techniques, it is possible to teach you the coping strategies that put the fun back into your working life and suddenly, everything becomes so much easier, with the resulting improvement to your work/life balance to match"

What our clients have said ...

“Fiona was my trainer at the NLP Business Practitioner.  The content and training delivery were impeccable, relevant and presented in a way that helped me discover immediately actionable skills.

I was able to apply much of the newly acquired knowledge to my business environment. In fact, I then brought Fiona to deliver a workshop at my company in Dubai. The workshop was an eye-opener and a great success.

I would recommend Fiona and her particular brand of pragmatic, actionable NLP for Business to any organization who is interested in getting the best out of their workforce talent.”
